This is a document that I provide my students in a hands-on Charkha 101 class. It includes tuning, learning the mechanics of the wheel as well as body mechanics and rhythm. It cover the parts of the wheel and where they go, how to assemble the skein winder, how to put it all back to close it. It is a very distilled version of the video.
